This Privacy Policy explains how ScopeGuard processes information when you use the service.
Information we process
Depending on how you use ScopeGuard, we may process account details such as email address; company, client and cleaning-site details; contract and scope information; crew work reports; subscription status; and technical information needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use information
We use information to provide authentication, workspace access, reporting, contract-scope workflows, notifications, support, security, billing access, and service improvement.
Service providers
ScopeGuard uses third-party infrastructure providers, including Supabase for authentication/database services and Vercel for application hosting. When you purchase a subscription, payment information is processed by Creem as merchant of record. ScopeGuard does not need to store full payment card numbers.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share information with service providers only as needed to operate the product, comply with law, protect the service, or process payments.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain legitimate business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use access controls and tenant separation to limit workspace data access.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information where applicable. Some records may need to be retained for legal, fraud-prevention, billing, or security reasons.
