Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellation
You may cancel a ScopeGuard subscription before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals; access normally continues through the end of the already-paid billing period unless otherwise required by law or stated at checkout.
Refund requests
Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case, including duplicate charges, technical billing errors, or circumstances where applicable law requires a refund. Contact support as soon as possible with the account email and purchase details.
Payment processor
Creem acts as merchant of record for ScopeGuard payments. Approved refunds and payment-related reversals are processed through Creem in accordance with its procedures and applicable law.
Recurring plans
Monthly subscriptions are $99 for the first month and then $250 per month. Annual subscriptions are $2,500 per year. Renewals occur automatically until canceled.
