Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to and use of ScopeGuard, a web-based SaaS product for commercial cleaning companies. By creating an account, joining a workspace, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service
ScopeGuard helps companies store client and site information, define contract scope, collect crew work reports, review potential out-of-scope work, calculate labor estimates using company-provided rates, and prepare draft scope-change communications. ScopeGuard does not guarantee that any reported work is billable or that a client will accept a proposed change.
2. Accounts and workspaces
Workspace owners are responsible for the accuracy of company information, contract scope, rates, user access, and decisions made from reports. Crew members must only submit information they are authorized to provide.
3. Subscriptions and renewal
The monthly plan is $99 for the first month and then renews at $250 per month unless canceled before the next renewal. The annual plan is $2,500 per year and renews annually unless canceled before the next renewal. Pricing shown at checkout controls if there is any discrepancy.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by Creem as merchant of record. Buyers may also be subject to Creem's buyer terms presented during checkout. Taxes may be added or handled by Creem according to applicable law.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use ScopeGuard for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, fraud, malware, abuse, or to upload content you do not have the right to process.
6. Availability and changes
We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Data and responsibility
You remain responsible for the business records and personal data you enter. ScopeGuard may use infrastructure providers to host and process data as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation
ScopeGuard is a workflow and decision-support tool. It is not legal, accounting, tax, or employment advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScopeGuard is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot lawfully be excluded.
